Misija ustanove je uspostavljanje i razvoj sistema kvaliteta u cilju pružanja najkvalitetnije zdravstvene zaštite, uz stalna poboljšanja i uspostavu kvaliteta u svim organizacionim jedinicama. Nastojimo da omogućimo širok spektar usluga, prilagođen željama i potrebama pacijenata, kako bi se na jednom mjestu riješili problemi pacijenata.

Our vision is to be the leader of the private health sector, recognized for the quality of the services provided, with the patient at the center of the health care process. We want to create an institution better than its individuals by constantly developing the quality and safety control system.

The leading goal of our institution is to meet the requirements of quality standards as well as good medical practice based on evidence, domestic and international standards, recommendations and guidelines. Our values are reflected through:
- recognition of the requirements and needs of our users;
- establishment of prescribed quality standards, with an emphasis on those related to the safety of patients and employees;
- continuous assessment and improvement of work quality;
- harmonization of all work processes with legal standards;
